Join us for an afternoon of rejuvenation and community connection! This beginner-friendly hike will lead us to a serene spot on top of the mountain, near the lake, where we will unwind with a soothing sound bath.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat and/or towel
Hiking shoes (not necessary but recommended)
